ACEIL Projects

The personal development training was the first training to be delivered by ACEIL. This training started in June, 2021 and was 4 months long, with online-training being delivered to 16 people. This focused on developing trainee’s personal, soft, and professional skills by teaching them how to analyze their potentials and enabling them to define their strengths and areas for development. Then this helped in highlighting their roles in a team and built the team connections and bundles. The analysis used different tools and tests including the Lumina spark tool; that reveals one personality and provides a unique portrait for each one of the trainees. The level ended with a clear road map set with each individual having a goal/s and road map set for their development.
